Housing Services Manager

Summary
Working under the supervision of The Cornerstone of Beaver County’s Deputy Director, the Housing Services Manager will work directly with TCBC staff to provide housing supports to those in need in Beaver County. This is full-time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt position, whose standard workday is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The position is primarily site-based at The Cornerstone of Beaver County located at: 600 6th Street, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 with travel to other locations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations at the TCBC main office
• Supervise housing services staff
• Complete housing services staff yearly reviews
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new staff
• Participate in the planning and implementation of all office activities
• Implement all TCBC policies and procedures
• Oversee the distribution of client caseloads
• Oversee the implementation of all programs and program guidelines
• Oversee all TCBC data in HMIS
• Oversee all TCBC data in internal TCBC database
• Assist in reporting requirements for grants and programs
• Assist in preparing for and taking part in program compliance audits
• Provide housing services staff with appropriate training
• Provide coverage of shifts at the office as necessary
• Connect with community resources to further the mission of TCBC
• Present informational sessions to partners about TCBC resources.
• Assist in covering shifts of other managers as necessary
• Attends meetings/trainings as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will directly supervise all housing services staff.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
